Rebekah graduated in 2008 from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Science, Combined Honours in Biology and French (First Class Honours). She started working as a Research Assistant for the SSHFT (Strong Starts, Healthier Futures Together) Program in November 2008 where she helps develop online content to provide education and support for parents of premature infants. In addition to this, Rebekah is a research assistant for a study exploring musculoskeletal discomfort resulting from computer use in healthcare environments, and she is working on three Cochrane systematic reviews. Rebekah is pursuing a career in medicine. In her free time, she loves to spend time with family and friends, run or hike trails in Bedford, watch American Idol, and bake with her favourite ingredients – cream cheese and chocolate!
