Kate is a coach in the MOM (Managing our Mood) program for moms with post partum depression. Prior to this she was an event planner for 12 years. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Certificate in Criminology from Saint Mary's University. She has 3 children and a grandson. Kate enjoys reading, traveling, gardening, being a grandma and working with the moms.
